Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started with PediScreen?
Providers visit pediscreen.com/provider and enter their PIN to access the dashboard. From there, create a screening session, select assessments, and share the generated code with families via QR code or printed handout.
How do families complete assessments?
Families visit pediscreen.com, enter the session code provided by their healthcare provider, select their role (patient, parent, or teacher), and answer the screening questions. Results are automatically sent to the provider's dashboard.
Can multiple teachers complete Vanderbilt forms?
Yes. When creating an ADHD session, providers specify how many teachers to expect (1-5). Each teacher uses the same session code but submits separately. The provider dashboard shows all submissions with cross-setting comparison.
What scoring methods are used?
PediScreen uses the validated scoring algorithms for each instrument: PHQ-9 (0-27 scale), GAD-7 (0-21 scale), SCARED (clinical cutoffs), PSC-17 (subscale and total scores), and Vanderbilt (symptom counts mapped to DSM-5 criteria).
